Harvest Moon rises over the 4th Wall Theatre!
After a sold-out show last year, Harvest Moon is thrilled to return to 4th Wall Theatre on Saturday, 3rd May!
Harvest Moon is a Wellington-based Americana and country band that has been winning over audiences in the lower North Island with its rich harmonies, masterful musicianship, and deep love for the timeless sounds of country, folk, and roots music.
Their lineup features a dynamic mix of pedal steel, accordion, piano, dobro, banjo, acoustic and electric guitars, all backed by a rock-solid rhythm section.
The band’s repertoire includes songs from legends like Johnny Cash, John Prine, Buddy Miller, Vince Gill, Rodney Crowell, Ry Cooder, and Little Feat, plus a few unexpected gems.
Whether delivering heartfelt ballads or foot-stomping honky-tonk tunes, Harvest Moon brings an authenticity and energy that captivates listeners. Since their last visit, the band has welcomed legendary bassist Frits Stigter (from 70’s bands such as Dizzy Limits, RedEye, Timberjack) into the lineup. Frits brings decades of experience to the group, adding his own groove and depth to their sound.
